Princeton Hikes the Price

Princeton has officially jacked up the already exorbitant price of admission by 3.9%. According to the website, this brings the tally to: "$34,290 for tuition, a 3.9 percent increase from $33,000 in 2007-08; $6,205 for room, up 3.8 percent from $5,980; and $5,200 for board, an increase of 4 percent from $5,0... The Most Offensive Ad Ever

We're not sure if this ad actually wins that prize, but female college students might find this vintage cigarette ad particularly - incensing. Remember, girls, we're not actually at college for the learning experience -- we're only here because we want to be ogled by guys and land us a rich husband. Yeah. New Jersey Bans Death Penalty

Good news for all you Death Row inmates currently in college: New Jersey has become the first state in like, almost forever to ban the death penalty. Though the state hasn't killed anyone since 1963, it's no good to have a law hanging over the heads of convicted inmates.
