Halli Hallo meine Lieben!
Heute habe ich nach langer Zeit endlich mal wieder ein Video für euch und es tut so gut endlich mal wieder etwas hochzuladen! Gerade am Anfang diesen Jahres war ich sehr sehr unmotiviert, weshalb ich kaum Lust auf Youtube hatte! Diese Zeit ist zum Glück vorbei und es wird jetzt immer

In diesem Video möchte ich euch meine kleinen Tipps zeigen die mir im Alttag helfen, mich gesund zu ernähren, Sport zu treiben und in der Schule ordentlich zu werden/bleiben!
(Viele haben so ein Video schon im Januar gemacht, aber wie gesagt, ich hatte ja eine Pause)
