@ The Merry Widow: At the very beginning of the speech, he mentions Trustee Bill Thompson, the comptroller of NYC, and Jonathan Tisch, "a friend of mine for many years." That quote is incredibly misleading because they're describing the duplexes in Sophia Gordon, of which there are only four, which house 20-24 students, total.
