JoeyGPS Finally A Reality, Still A Waste Of Money

All along I thought the problems with the JoeyGPS tracker had to do with the fact that Matt Shapanka likes everything to move slowly. But what has this semester taught us Jumbos? Anything that is problematic on campus can be blamed on our fallen student activities director, Jodie Nealley! Obviously the JoeyGPS tracker wasn't working because she stole it, er, somethign like that.
