The Softball Sun Devils won their first NCAA Division I Championship. The team was 11-0 winning over the sad Texas A&M in Oklahoma City. The Texas A&M team never had a chance because our team has Tempe, Arizona heart and soul, and those dust kicking Texas brats don't.
Plus, we walked onto the field undefeated and we walked off of it with that title.
Congrats to team all-stars Kaitlin Cochran for giving us that slammin' three-run homer and Katie Burkhart for her amazing batting action!
The girls are proud and so is campus; we can't wait for you to come home.
