Abroad Check In: Auckland

For over a month now, I've been studying abroad in Auckland, New Zealand.

If you have the option to study abroad, do it.  The classes are a joke and all the professors all understand that the semester abroad is more a cultural learning experience than an academic period.  That being said, we have three day weekends every week and that allows us to explore the country.  It's kind of like a six month vacation.

In the case of New Zealand, everywhere that I go tops the previous place as the most beautiful place that I've ever seen.  So far I've ridden a boogie board down 40m sand dunes and into the ocean, hiked an active volcano, slept under the stars on a beach that is surrounded by mountains, hiked the edge of a giant crater, went deep sea fishing in the Bay of Islands where I saw penguins, marlin and a pod of dolphins.

This past week I spent time in Sydney, which was an amazing city comprised of beautiful women, warm weather and amazing beaches.

Next week I'm heading south for Queenstown where I will be doing some hiking as well as jumping off a bridge on a bungee jumping-type extravaganza.

I don't know if anyone would be interested in hearing about some New Zealand adventures along with photos, but if you are leave some comments.
