The Anchorage screw-offs who build the world’s largest hamster wheel should pay a visit to Cabrillo College!

Engineering students at the California community college have put together some incredible final projects, including 10-foot-long shoes that allow you to walk on water.

In a testament to community colleges everywhere, instructor Karen Groppi says her Cabrillo students have the same ability, energy and dedication as the kids she teaches at UC Santa Cruz. Many of those graduating will move on to UC Berkeley, UC Davis and Cal Poly. 

Three cheers for the Cabrillo class of 2008!  You guys are headed for greatness!
