Finals, Stress, and Possible Remedies

Finals week is fast approaching, and regularly leads college students to reach overwhelming stress levels. Luckily, there are some helpful tips that have been proven to help with the control of stress levels. Some of these tips are:


1) Contact your professors. Ask them if you're performing up to par.
2) Spend time with friends who are serious students.
3) Don't be unrealistic. Goals need to stretch you, but they don't need to overwhelm you.
4) Put some regular activities on hold for the week.
5) Don't stay up all night cramming; you will perform better the next day.
6) Be good to your body. Exercise, eat breakfast, sleep well.
