The Parents Television Council is whining again, this time about the new promo for Gossip Girl Season 2. Sure there's girl-on-girl, throwdown, lying, cheating, stealing, crying, all before the kiddies have even made it to college. Sure it's more salacious than the John Edward's love-child debacle. But then again, can we really blame the 12-17 year old demographic for living vicariously through a ludicrously decadent series? In the pre-dorm/keg/curfewless life of teenagers, watching the show is the least detrimental way to experience such lasciviousness.

Who are these members of the Parents Television Council, and why do they have so much time on their hands? Do they just sit at home watching TV and waiting for a flash of tit to throw themselves into a frenzy over? Members of the PTC, in the name of all that is decent, please go get yourselves some lives. You could be doing much more important things than freak out about the sex, drugs, etc., on Gossip Girl, like start asking who was the idiot who decided to emblazon the posters with "OMFG."
