Here you can see Dr. Botox go ballistic talking about his 19-year-old girlfriend who is breaking up with him over text message. He goes an a giant rant about how she never pays for anything (duh! she's 19, moron... how did you get your doctorate?), how she's crazy, how she stormed out of his practice, how he paid for her boob job. Then he reads excerpts from their text message breakup (supposedly she thinks he so hot and good in bed) and mocks her, since he looks like a huge **** getting broken up with by his teenage girlfriend who got free tits out of him. I guess his childish behavior is tit-for-tat?
