Possibly one of the most popular theme parties on campuses are 80's parties. Why? Because you get to dress silly, listen to so-bad-it's-good music and dance without quite the same level of grinding and groping as other parties.

But when you stop to think about... how did the 80s become so glorified? While today we look at the fashion as tacky chic, in reality it's just tacky.
