If your contacts list is looking a little drab these days and you happen to be a Facebook fiend, you should really check out the iPhone app, Photo Phonebook. There's something really satisfying about having a photo display when someone calls you. Of course, this is something phones have been doing for years but there's something about the way the iPhone's big screen makes the feature even better. Photo Phonebook takes it a step further and integrates Facebook photos into your iPhone- the best part? It's free.
Once you install the app and input your Facebook information, you're given the chance to import the profile photos of your Facebook friends directly to your Address Book. Now, whenever one of your friends from Facebook calls, his or her profile photo is displayed. The app is simple and easy to use but has a few more tricks up its sleeve.

Once you've imported photos from Facebook, the pictures also populate your address book so you can see the photos at any time. Not only that, if your friend changes their picture- the photo on your iPhone changes as well. It's something that once you start using, you realize how much fun it is to have someone call who, perhaps, you haven't spoken to in awhile and see a new photo. Maybe they just got married and they changed their profile picture on Facebook to one taken from the wedding- now it shows up when they call. There are a lot of little things like that you notice once you start using this app. It's a great deal, a lot of fun and, for the Facebook addict in your life, a must-have.
Please note: The developers have noted that, currently, the app only allows up to 100 photos to be imported but they say they are working to correct that. Look for updates in the coming months.
