Arabian Nights Comes to Johns Hopkins


This Friday, June 13 2008 at 8:00PM, John Hopkins University is hosting its last production of the season: The Arabian Nights, adapted by Mary Zimmerman.

 

Ms. Zimmerman, best known for her Tony Award winning, Ovid's Metamorphoses, has also adapted The Odyssey and Argonautika, recently seen at Washington's Shakespeare Theater.

 

The production will run three weekends through Sunday, June 29, at the Swirnow Theater located in the Mattin Arts Center.

 

This event is open to the general public and ticket prices at set at $15 and students can purchase last minutes tickets for $5 if space is available.
