Aren't You Guys Supposed To Be Smart?

The enrollment of snooty med school students has risen once again, and we apparently have Grey’s Anatomy to thank. This marks both the first time med school applications have reached these totals and the first time we have Grey’s Anatomy to thank for anything.

Though this trend isn't laughable in and of itself – the country is projected to suffer from a shortage of doctors – its motivations may be. For the love of God, don’t base your critical career decisions on ABC programming. They are, after all, responsible for atrocities like this.
