Bill Clinton Really Packs 'Em In

Bill Clinton Really Packs 'Em In
What did I do last night? Well, I'm glad you asked. I waited 45 minutes in a non-stop drizzle to watch Bill Clinton speak for an hour while you were pre-gaming at your apartment. And guess what, I'm voting Clinton for president. Bill, not Hillary. Anyway, I should have some pictures and video of the event up later today (or next week, don't pressure me). But in the meantime, let's hear what someone else had to say about the event.

Our new friend Street Ninja (Hey, it's better than ha-mace) also went to the event last night and snapped a few pictures of the line that snaked down Atherton and up Curtin Road. Here's Street Ninja's report:

I  got in line at 6pm with my friends. We were all the way back at the IST building where I took some pics from up the stairs, which I thought you may like. The line was ridiculous and we stood out there in the drizzles for a couple hours. It went all the way down to College ave [hamace note: it actually didn't, more on that later], and turned and keep back up to end at the Rec Hall, a giant circle. I did finally get in though, and if you write an article on it you might want to add a funny thing: Some supporters of Obama got up and had made a sign that said Count the Numbers, Its already Over. Half the kids there got up and cheered for it. Unfortunately I couldn't get a decent picture of it but a lot of kids did, maybe if you looked around you could find one.
Well guess what? I did get a picture of the Obama sign, along with a lot more pictures of the event. So, check back later today for pictures, video and a full report. I made it onto the floor of Rec Hall, about 40 feet from the former President. Aren't I lucky? Don't think I'll be as lucky for Obama though.
