Well, I don’t blame you. After all, 2008 was—as far as the Internet is concerned—an eternity ago, and the political world has long since moved on from scrutinizing Palin and her "unconventional" family to crucifying BP for destroying the environment.

Still, the world’s collective sigh of indifference towards the Palins isn’t stopping Bristol from trying to claw her way back into the public limelight. She’s back, and this time, she’s trying her hand at acting.

While I’m not entirely sure where College Humor dug up this clip, it does serve as a painful reminder—namely, to Bristol—that acting requires talent. Yes, the clip is painful to watch, but if you turn off the sound and focus on the pretty picture, you may actually enjoy it.

And remember, guys: Bristol was only seventeen back in 2008. Now, she’s nineteen, which means you can legally and openly swoon over her now.
