Talk about cougar. Carol Alt is 47 years old and posing in Playboy this month. But she’s not your typical 40 something getting naked for the public. No, no, she’s the “Most Beautiful Woman in the World,” a title given to her more than 20 years ago when she was a coveted model.
 

Playboy has pursued Alt for as many years, but it’s taken her this long to agree. She feels good about her body thanks to a raw food diet, and who wouldn’t want to show off if they looked that damn hot at 40?
 

But, before she made the decision, Alt consulted two very important people in her life: her mom and her boyfriend. Her mom was okay with the decision because Alt wasn’t going to show “the bottom front” and boobs are everywhere anyway.
