Is David Beckham regretting signing a five year contract with an American team who plays in a country that would by an overwhelming margin rather watch a heavily scripted episode of Monday Night Raw than professional soccer? Maybe, seeing that he’s rumored to be “loaned out” from the L.A. Galaxy to AC Milan starting in January.
"I think he will arrive. He will stay here at AC Milan for some months," Galliani told reporters. "We are talking with his agent. Beckham has chosen AC Milan. Our team is ultra-competitive and will remain so, but Beckham is something different and more intriguing.
And by more intriguing they mean super hot. Beckham is reportedly heading to Milan to see if he’s ready for England’s team.
Beckham has received an offer from AC Milan and is "considering a loan move for a couple of months to make sure he's fit and available for England," his spokesman Simon Oliveira said by telephone. He remains "committed to his LA Galaxy contract," Oliveira added.
Because you, training with the Galaxy isn’t exactly going to make you ready for the English national team. If Beckham did make the move to Milan, he’d be joining other all-stars (who are way better than him) like Kaka, Paolo Maldini and Ronaldinho.
David Beckham is posed to make as much as $250 million over the next five years between his contract and his endorsements. Think about that.
