Yale's Dwight Hall Vandalized, Branded With "White Guilt"

Early this morning, Dwight Hall, Yale’s center for community service and social justice groups, received an unwanted paintjob, courtesy of an unidentified political activist who spray-painted the words “White Guilt” in black and white along the High Street wall.

For the uninitiated, “White Guilt” is the term used to describe the collective guilt shared by Caucasians over the racism and mistreatment of African-Americans over the years. And so, it makes sense that the vandals targeted the center of “social justice” for this attack.

While the investigation is on-going and no suspects have been named or apprehended, one must wonder if this wasn’t an inside job of some sort. After all, the building houses a cornucopia of politically active Yalies who would love nothing more than to draw attention to their cause.

Plus, you know, it’s Yale – enough said.

If you want to see an actual image of the defacement, head over to the Yale Daily News.
