1. Former Iowa State University coach Larry Eustachy was caught drinking with students and kissing coeds. The pictures were splashed all over Des Moines, Iowa papers.


2. USC financial aid directors held shares in college loan companies recommended by the university. The suspended advisors may have funneled $85 million dollars out of the deals.


3. Baylor University basketball player Patrick James Dennehy was murdered by his teammate Carlton Dotson. Dennehy was missing for weeks till police found his badly decompsed body in Waco. Dotson finally pled guilty to the murder charges in 2005.


4. Yale student Casper Desfeux was arrested for filming himself having sex with a girl without her permission. Desfeux claims it was a misunderstanding, but the charges stuck.


5. The Duke Lacrosse rape case was sensationalism at its best. A female exotic dancer accused three players of raping her at a wild party. The guys were exonerated, but the case will go down in college scandal history.


6. The Diablo Valley College grade fixing ring involves about 84 students who exchanged sex or cash to admissions or records officials.


7. Tufts University magazine published a Christmas carol parody "O Come, All Ye Black Folk." The Princeton newspapar and a bi-weekly Dartmouth paper published the heinous lyrics, starting a fecal storm of outrage.


8. Tampa Police raided the Sigma Delta Pi sorority house at Westborn College. Twenty three women age 19-24 were arrested on charges that included pandering, hazing violations, racketeering, and recording sexual acts without the permission of the participant.
