Gauchos Mob the Pacific

Drunk college students pause from imbibing cheap alcohol during UCSB's Spring Quarter (6500 block of Del Playa, Floatopia).

The sparkling Pacific ocean provided a gorgeous canvas for colorful rafts, boats, and other creative floatation devices to buoy themselves for the annual “Floatopia."
