I agree with the first commenter, Natalie Portman is a Jew's Jew, especially when it comes to Hotness. A few other mentions, bigger names, though some past their primes: Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Ashley Tisdale, Gweneth Paltrow, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Kate Hudson, Yasmine Bleeth.
