Ladies, we think this guy is available!

Last night, Penn State was abuzz with rumors that a suspected murderer was on the loose on campus. Cell phones were literally (ok, figuratively) blowing up with text messages that the man was in Atherton Hall and other spots on campus. But guess what. Wrong-o!

Antonio L. Winkleman, seen above (nice lazy eye btw), is a suspect in the murder of a 51-year-old Cambria County man Sunday night. He's been on the lam ever since, with his female companion at his side, kinda like Bonnie & Clyde (not that Bonnie & Clyde though, not as good looking).

Anyway, at about 5pm yesterday Heather Head (that is such a great porn name), Winkleman's "companion" was arrested at the Super 8 Motel on South Atherton as Winkleman slipped out the back window.

So, it sounds like some genius heard about what happened, and mistakenly heard Atherton Hall instead of Atherton Street and : "At about 9:30 last night, armed Penn State police officers charged Atherton Hall and locked down the building, responding to a student report that Winkleman was in the area, according to an e-mail sent to building residents by Jason Hunt, residence life senior coordinator for Atherton Hall. ... Shortly before 10 p.m., they were notified the investigation was complete and all was clear."

Ooopsie.

 This is like whisper-down-the-mother****ing-lane, except with modern devices like text messages. Thank god the police didn't say anything about the guy being on Beaver Avenue or it would have been strip searches for all females.
