...Internet users, that is. Comcast will proceed with plans to slow down connection speed for "heaviest users". This is essentially a method to punish users of BitTorrent, and other P2P sharing programs that hog the bandwidth. Of course, this plan say nothing about targetting BitTorrent users, but I can think of very few people that also fit the profile.
It's time for the tech-savvy internet users to up their game and find new ways to break the law in the name of pirated mp3s and computer games.
