Hot or Not: Playboy Puts The Virgin Mary On The Cover of Its Mexican Edition

No one would argue that Playboy is synonymous with solid religious values. However, the men’s magazine made a definite statement this month when they put nude model Maria Florencia Onori dressed as the Virgin Mary on the cover of its Mexican version. And by “dressed” we mean she was wearing nothing but a white headdress.

The issue was released yesterday just in time for the Mexican religious holiday celebrating the Virgin of Guadalupe. The edition has already sold 80,000 copies, but Catholics are none too pleased.

What do you think? Did Playboy cross the line when it combined hot naked pictures with Catholic purity?
