Justice Served in the Death of SAE Pledge?
Austin Sherrill, a former pledge trainer for SAE, listens as an affidavit is read describing his role in fall 2006 hazing incidents Monday.
In 2006, Tyler Cross's parents received the most disturbing news. Their son was killed falling from the fifth floor balcony at the University of Texas.

His death sparked an investigation into UT's Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity due to their extreme hazing practices.

Now, fraternity brothers, Chase Bolding, Austin Sherrill, Jimmy Berry, and Will Evans face charges for providing alcohol to minors and hazing.

William Evans and Austin Sherrill received two-year sentences, while Chase Bolding and Jimmy Berry pay fines, along with hours of community service.

The disparity in the charges is a little fishy to me. Aren't all the fraternity brothers responsible for their actions?

Chase Bolding's Facebook account is still open, and to my knowledge when a college student's name ends up in the papers all social networking disappears.
