If You Leave Your Cell Phone With Your Wife's Naked Pics On It At McDonalds, Those Pics Could End Up Online

The title of the TMZ story says it all: ‘McDonald’s Sued Over Woman’s Naked Buns.’ If that’s not enough, here’s the first sentence: “McDonald’s is known for its cheap meat – but after a bad trip to the burger joint, one guy’s wife allegedly became cheap meat.”

Phillip Sherman is taking the Golden Arches to court after he left his cell phone (which held naked pictures of his wife Tina Sherman)at the Arkansas store only to find said naked pictures on the Internet. The employees had supposedly promised to keep the phone safe until he returned. To be fair, though, the phone was probably still safe…

That fact aside, now that the nakedness has hit the Web, the Shermans have hit McDonald’s with a $3 million lawsuit for the suffering, the embarrassment and the cost of moving to a new home to avoid stalkers. Stalkers eh? Tina Sherman must be hot.

This story, on the heels of the Disney Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon scandal, makes me sad for the world. Is there no where naked pictures are safe?

I believe the couple set this up to sue McDonalds. If McDonalds people did it they wouldnt put the logo on it, but the couple wanted to make sure it looked like McDonalds was responsible. Posted 11/26/2008 8:08 PMReply
