Sadly, summer is over, and it’s time for students to return to their alma maters and prepare for another semester filled with late-night studying, grueling examinations and epic-length term papers.
Depressed yet? Don’t be, because going back-to-school does have one major benefit (besides binge drinking Thursday nights with friends): back-to-school shopping.
That’s right – it’s time to take your parents’ credit cards and buy as many things as you can before they find out. Don’t be a good son/daughter by wasting it on school supplies, though! Instead, grab the Platinum American Express and order yourself a nice luxury item, like the MOTOROKR S9.
For the uninitiated, MOTOROKR S9s are Bluetooth headphones that go around your head, much like the old-school Sony headphones.
Truth be told, the S9 isn’t for everyone, but it is ideal for those that spend far too much time working out at the campus gym. Why? Well, the S9 is wireless, which means you won’t have to deal with annoying wires bouncing into your face as you jog/run, and -- more importantly -- it also sports built-in controls that allow users to ignore or answer calls without having to pull out your phone. Pretty handy, if you want to keep on the go at all times.
Still, for the devout bookworms and/or technology-hating students out there, the MOTOROKR S9 probably won’t be worth the somewhat hefty price tag ($72 on Amazon). Therefore, you guys should take mom and dad’s credit card and buy textbooks with it, leaving the rest of us to jog around campus listening to “I Kissed a Girl” ad infinitum.
