From what I gather, a "Heroes And Heroines" party is a costume party in which one-third of the attendees dress up as iconic heroes/heroines, such as Rogue from the X-Men, one-third dress up as completely original ones born solely from their own imagination and/or a last-minute scramble to slap together a costume and the rest don't bother participating at all.

This one, hosted by the Delts at Emory, ups the ante by throwing a handful of funny street signs, which were likely obtained illegally during random drunken nights out on the town, into the mix. For the most part, it appears that the signs are real and not custom-made, but a couple are fairly questionable.

I mean "Coxsackle" and "Virginville"? Those can't be real... Can they?
