Poll: Which Frat had the Best Welcome Week?

Do they still have it?

 

Well now that I'm back to my old tricks, I figured I'd kick things off with a little Greek Life which we all love to hate, or hate to love, or just really, really hate (or love). But since I'm not on the ground anymore, I need you guys to fill me in. Welcome Week is when all the freshmen swarm to frat parties like moths to a flame, and proceed to get recruited, hit on, or both until their heads spin.
 

But the question is this, out of the top ten frats on The List, which threw the best parties this past week (pre-game on Saturday included)?

SigEp was a really great party. They had a great DJ and it was like a club in their basement. As a sophomore, I've been around to lots of parties at the different frats and sigep had one of the best this weekend. Posted 09/04/2008 01:24 AMReply

Are people still arguing about this? I graduated last year and was in a "top 10 fraternity on the list" and now go to medical school at an SEC school, and from the little I have seen (ex-fratty people in my class and in between study marathons-kind of like JQ's observations) compared to the South, greek life at michigan is a HUGE JOKE. Even GDIs dress fratty and girls in mid tier sororities are way hotter. Bottom line...stop taking yourselves seriously and hang out

Might be a good idea to actually read the SEMP before you call people retards... Article III-D, Article IV-D, and Article V-B3b all mention Tier IV events.

To anon two above, DKEs stopped posting on here. Srivastava is now at Florida in med school, posting as a "former top 10 (barely) fraternity member." So that really just applies to SigEps. Also, Triangle is taking Pike's house...should Triangle now make the list? Posted 09/11/2008 12:56 AMReply
