This Sunday, Ralph Nader came to the Kellogg Center at MSU to talk about how much Detroit automakers suck and why the government shouldn't bail them out:

“They started out at the top of the pile. Toyota was nothing, Honda was nothing,” Nader said. “Because of the most colossal mismanagement at the top of these corporations we have seen the auto companies in our country driven to the ground.”

Yeah well he does have a point there I guess. The independent presidential candidate is on the ballot in 45 states this year, and is prime to ruin the election for the second time in ten years (If Nader hadn't run in 2000 we'd be looking at President Gore wrapping up his 2nd term in office). This year doesn't seem to be any different as would-be democrat Sneha Goud demonstrates:

“I’m not really enthusiastic about Barack Obama, but I figured he was the lesser of two evils,” she said. “But just listening to Nader talk I finally feel like I’ve made a decision.”

Oh good, throw your vote away because he came to your school and you saw him in person. I'm sure you won't regret it when President Palin is taking away your tuition assistance in two years. God, why are people so dumb?
