I really believe, Anonymous, that you need a bit of work on your spelling. In fact, I think you need to go back to school to make this COMMENT make sense. I've always found a bit of English Usage and Composition from the 7th grade is quite helpful. You couldn't get the right spelling from your ABOVE quote you quoted, when it came to "commission" and "diploma".
