These ladies are the self-described "first and finest sorority" at the University of Delaware. Searching for SOTW contenders, I've found it's very hard to find a sorority full of good-looking girls, but I think I've come pretty damn close witih the Epsilon Nu chapter of Alpha Phi at UD of all places. 

Fun fact: Alpha Phi is still called a fraternity nationally, because when it was founded a zillion years ago (1872) the word "sorority" hadn't been invented yet.
