Our much-hated CAESAR has undergone an extreme makeover--and it only took NUIT five days to relaunch the whole site. Sure, it looks pretty, but it still operates like shit, and you have to pre-"clear your cache"--whatever that means.

Fellow OTRer wearyourshaydes likes it, thinks it's a big technological development, it will save lives! And I guess it is somewhat groundbreaking considering NUIT blows, but still CAESAR 2.0 kind of reminds me of Hotmail. Remember Hotmail? Of course you do, sexyballerinagrrl4Uxx.

Plus, whenever you register for a class, it adds it to your "shopping cart." So does that mean I can use my Pay Pal account for tuition?
