Self-absorbed and pleasure-seeking? Forget the fame and fortune, celebs are more like college students than you thought

It’s easy to put them on a pedestal, but even celebrities are human (well, except Victoria Beckham, jury's still out on that one).

Though we may not see them around the quad or running for student council, these high profile stars are remarkably similar to the typical college student, just without the loans and whatnot.

So, with that in mind, I present to you:

Stars, They’re Just Like Us! College Edition:

They go to class!

Mike Einziger (that guy in Incubus) will be attending Harvard this fall, and James Franco is heading to graduate school at NYU after graduating from UCLA this year.

They get internships!

Frances Bean Cobain, the 15-year-old daughter of Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain, is spending her summer interning at Rolling Stone while New York Ranger Sean Avery recently scored in the fashion world with an internship at Vogue.

They experiment!

Lindsay Lohan and DJ Samantha Ronson, anyone?

They have dramaz!

The Madonna-Guy-Ritchie- Alex-Rodriguez- Whoever-A-Rod’s-wife-is tangled web is so college, if college were full of stripper-loving, self-involved hedonists… oh wait.
