Tempe 12 Brings Together Bikini-Clad Girls of Big 10 and Pac 10, Replaces Your Girlfriend

What happens when you add girls in bikinis from the Big 10 with girls in bikinis from the Pac-10? You get the Tempe12. The Tempe12 is a website with videos and "calenders" (Tempe 12's copywriter is spelling-challenged) of almost naked college girls that peddles the fantasy of the stereotypical ideal woman to lonely college guys too busy playing Warcraft to go out and socialize.

At the Tempe12 homepage, we are introduced to Alexis, a recent USC grad who will appear on Howard Stern today and appeared on the second season of the ****cat Dolls. As she speaks into the camera about wanting a family someday, some guy hanging out alone in his dorm room probably feels like he is going on a first date--instead of hanging out alone in his dorm room.

Now, the website is embarking on a 21-campus tour, in which the girls will host parties and pander swimsuit calendars out of a bus, so lonely college guys can attend fake college parties thrown by a business instead of college parties thrown by other college students. In the same way that stripclubs provide the illusion that busty young things with shiny hair have such giant hearts of gold that they wish to rub up against 50-year-old soccer dads, Tempe12 girls provide the illusion that reject guys have been invited to parties by pretty, perky girls who sing on reality TV.

Is this healthy though or is it all getting a bit too Matrix? College guys, is it time to wonder if the internet is becoming your girlfriend?
