The Best Dorm Food at Virginia Tech

The Best Dorm Food at Virginia Tech

As a college student, you learn to budget. Some of you may have already used up all your Dining dollars and Flex (you fricken heffers). Lucky for you, I have come up with the best dorm food to have because they're cheap and after awhile you get used to the taste, so they're not so bad.

Ready Rice- Try UncleBen's, he makes the best rice.

Oatmeal- Really good morning food for those cold days. Make sure you get some cinnamon to add on.

Dented Cans- Nothing is really wrong with the content in the cans, the outside is just dented. It's cheaper and you get the same product. Think about it, just because a girl has a broken foot, you gonna say she has a bad heart? Exactly.

Cereal- Everyone's gotta have some cereal and milk somewhere in their dorm. Go for Lucky Charms, it's really giving you the best of both worlds.

Frozen Dinners- Alright, don't make the same mistake I did my freshman year. Frozen dinner means if you're not going to eat it right away, you have to store it in the freezer. Otherwise, the regular fridge compartments will make it go bad...and then next thing you know you'll find yourself consuming 10 frozen dinner meals in a day.

Tuna in a pouch- Whoever came up with this is a genius.  Get some keebler crackers and you're good to go.

Easy Mac- MY FAVORITE.  I live in an apartment now and I still eat it.  Food of the gods, I tell you.

Times like these, I wish I still lived in a dorm, consuming food from dented cans and eating crackers with everything....SIKE.
