Oh, joyous day! Christmas—or whatever religious holiday you observe—has come three weeks early this year.
But, the best part is we all received the gift we didn’t know we wanted, but totally did: the second installment of Ivy, the Ithaca College-produced reality series starring the-undeniably-best-Ivy-ever Cornell.
While I incorrectly assumed that last week’s riveting episode was merely a one-off, it appears the series co-producers, Rachel Hastings and Ed Pietzak, have plans for a multiple-part, magnum opus love letter to Cornell.
Naturally, we’re all for it; just so long as we’re clear that their interpretation of Cornell, while awesome, is purely fictional.
Yes, there is drama, betrayal and heartbreak at Ithaca’s fine Ivy institution, but we all don’t look or sound as good while doing it.
Consider it surrealism in its purest, modern day form.
