If you haven’t watched HBO’s Flight of the Conchords, you should. It’s awesomely weird, very funny and just plain entertaining. The show follows the Grammy Award-winning New Zealand duo of Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement who together make up Flight of the Conchords. Ask the two comedians and they’ll describe themselves as "formerly New Zealand's fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo a capella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo."

In this video, the highlight is less about the music and more about the high quality costumes.

Bowie’s in Space

Flight of the Conchords tackles some difficult questions in this song, including “Does the space cold make your nipples go pointy?” and then “Do you use your pointy nipples as telescopic antennae to trasmit data back to Earth?” All valid questions.

These are guys who really know how to pay a compliment. You see, she’s the most beautiful girl in the room and definitely top three on the street (depending on the street). They’ll even go so far as to say that she could be a part-time model.

Think About It

Don’t mistake Bret and Jemaine for simply superficial guys, though. They care about the bigger issues as evidenced in this song where they ask, “What is wrong with the world today?” There are all sorts of problems like kids killing each other with knives and forks and calling each other dorks.
