Normally, now would be the time when I fill you in on all the goings on in La La Land. But let's be real, it’s Britney Week. No other celebrities are doing anything even remotely interesting and Britney seems to be doing everything.

Britney Week kicked off with the anticipated documentary, “For the Record” which aired Sunday night. If you missed it, here’s a recap: Britney’s life sucks and “people shave their heads all the time.” Aw, Brit, we missed you.

Tuesday was a big day. Not only was it her 27th birthday but Circus came out, tour dates were announced AND went on pre-sale just a few hours later. I hope you didn’t intend to wait for the real sale because it’s slim pickins’ by now.

Britney celebrated her birthday by performing “Womanizer” and “Circus” on Good Morning America and pre-taping a segment for the Rockefeller Tree Lighting event. You can’t say she isn’t hard-working. You couldn’t get me to do a fraction of that on my birthday if you threatened to take a razor to my head.

By now Britney has the top song, top album and even top ringtone on iTunes and her CD is poised to outsell predictions by debuting at number 1 with over 450,000 copies. We’re sure her tour is also well on its way to selling out.
