* In honor of NASCAR Day, make your way over to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Students from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) will be car testing and racing on the track as part of their curriculum for “From Indy to the Carolinas.” 

* As previously reported, Jerry Springer will be at Northwestern Law’s commencement ceremony this afternoon.

* Join the masses on the booze-soaked infield of the Preakness on Saturday (May 17). Who cares if you can’t actually see the races? Copious amounts of alcohol, topless chicks and drunken races across the tops of portable toilets are sure to keep you entertained.
 
* John Galliano, Miss J. Alexander from ANTM and a whole gang of gorgeous models will be at the Savannah College of Art and Design for Sunday’s (May 18) SCAD fashion show

* Hot lax players abound as the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Tournament continues to rock the east coast. Third-seeded Syracuse is taking on sixth-seeded Notre Dame on Sunday at Cornell.
