Although I think every OTR blog should be on this list (or the USNEWS people should be fair and let users vote for OTR overall, instead of forcing fans to choose favorites), the teams at Michigan and Wisconsin deserve a hearty congrats (and a few rounds of shots on the Corporate card) for turning their blogs into goto destinations within only 5 months of starting!  Kudos.
