Everyone wishes they could turn back the hands of time and right the wrongs of their past, but such a time-travelling feat has remained little more than a pipedream for thousands of years.

However, archeologists in China have unearthed a strange artifact in a 400-year-old tomb that may suggest that, in the distant future, time travel will be possible.

The artifact in question is a small metallic ring that bears an uncanny resemblance to a Swiss watch.

In fact, on the back of the ring, the word “Swiss” is engraved.

Puzzled by the discovery, archeologists also noted that the time on the watch stopped at 10:06 a.m. They have since halted the excavation of the tomb, pending further investigation.

So, there you have it; at some point in the future, a time traveler will return to the Ming dynasty and lose his watch at 10 a.m. in the morning.

The only question that remains is: Why do people in the future still use wristwatches?
