What will you all do with your newfound freedom? Will you lounge around and scratch yourself into the wee hours of the morning – or, will you hit the beach and tear up the nightlife?
Travis Hall, a UNC Chapel Hill senior, isn’t doing either. Instead, he plans to spend his summer biking across the country. That’s over 3,700 miles, people. It’s not something for the faint of heart.
His motivation? Keeping fit.
“I always try to figure out a way to stay in shape over the summer," Hall said. "What better way than biking 3,700 miles?"

Who put this crazy idea in these kids’ heads? Bike & Build, a non-profit organization that aims to educate students about affordable housing around the country. If you pay them the $4,000 registration fee, you can join in on the fun too.
