I've long suspected that the customer service of our beloved UNC hospital system wouldn't hold up to being compared to, let's say, any retail chain. My suspicion has finally been confirmed, thanks to this blogger's experience with UNC hospital and Cracker Barrel.

I propose a merge of the UNC hospitals and CB. Just think - friendly service, fast appointments, and blueberry pancakes, all in one convenient reachable location.
