This is an excerpt from a rather hilarious call made to Verizon customer support by a guy who was disputing charges on his bill. The entire call is about 30 minutes long, but this clip pretty much sums up the jist of it.
The guy was told that he was being charged .002 cents per kilobite of data sent from his phone. The company may have meant to either have said .2 cents, or .002 dollars, but instead they quoted .002 cents, which is definitely not the same thing as either of those.
But the customer service rep on the phone cannot seem to get it through their head that if $1 does not equal one cent, than .002 dollars does not equal .002 cents. It's an epic logic fail, and you will probably be forwarding it to all your friends shortly.
Here's the link to the full 27 min audio (it's not two hours, the timer is wrong) if you want to hear the entire epic call.
