Sunday, Viking Visanthe Shiancoe was a big part (no real judgment on size) of the penis slip heard ’round the world. Fox broadcast the presenting of the game ball to winning coach Brad Childress in the locker room after the Vikings beat the Detroit Lions. However, all eyes were on a ball of a different sort when Shiancoe adjusted his towel and inadvertently showed off his package on national television for all of half a second.
 

It didn’t take much longer for the pictures and video to hit the internet including our very own OTR.
 

So what was the tight end’s reaction to the whole brouhaha?
 

Curiousity.
 

A female columnist at the Minnesota Star Tribune spoke with Shiancoe about the incident and he had this to say for himself:

"Is it all over the Internet," Shiancoe asked.

Oh, yeah.

"WHAAAAAT?" he said, "Are you serious?"

And the website sportsbybrooks.com has a big black vertical bar covering the interesting area. A big one, I stressed. That brought on more laughter from Shiancoe.

Then I told him I had also seen a youtube.com clip that included no such editing.

And that’s when he said it.
