Fact: Men and women have different priorities in life when it comes to shopping and everyday living.

While the ladies prefer purchasing Manolo Blahnik shoes (not all, but a fair amount), men would rather spend their hard-earned money on beer, snacks and, well, more beer.

We are simple creatures, and fashionable clothing is, more or less, at the very bottom of the to-buy list for the average man. Most of us are perfectly content with wearing the same jeans we have been for half a decade now. So what if they have a rip along the side and a nacho stain near the crotch? They still fit, and they don’t smell—too much.

Beer, on the other hand, is a necessity. We want it; we crave it; we live off it. So, imagine having a giant walk-in refrigerator with wall-to-wall beer.

The very thought of it puts a tear in my eye--one glorious man-tear.

The only problem: Getting your drunken friends to leave and/or keeping them from trying to premanently move in.
