Walking to class yesterday morning, I discovered that our campus had been blitzed with another round of balloons. Like last time, I have no idea what they symbolize or celebrate, but unlike last time, campus news isn't helping me figure it out.

It's a given that balloons = a huge waste of money, but based on the color, here are some of my best guesses:
Yellow fever sucks
Bananas are good (potassium!)
Support the taxi driver's union
Hooray for friendship (yellow roses represent friendship...)
It's finally spring (definitely worth celebrating)
