This weekend, I voluntarily traveled to MIT to spend three days with hundreds of debaters engaging in a ritualistic annual tradition called "Nationals." Competing in college debate has moments that are fun and cool in their own way, but other times it's just kind of embarrassing.
Case in point?
For entertainment in between rounds, some competitors and judges organized an informal debate about assassinating Putin (as if the scheduled rounds just weren't enough). And yes, I only took this picture because I was watching.
